We received a letter from Toyota that our sienna was being recalled for faulty middle row seats back in December 2025. February 2026 we left our sienna at this dealership and they set us up with a rental van from enterprise since they don’t have any sienna loaners. In March they stopped paying the bill and Enterprise kept calling me about it so I kept calling the dealership. I tried calling/ texting multiple times trying to get updates , nobody would call me back. Even enterprise said they tried calling and once again nobody contacted them back.
