Youbet explained everything clearly and apologized that the part needed to be ordered which delayed the work. The part came in early then expected which make me happy.
They deserve negative star. The service sucks. Customer service very poor. I waited 24 hours before I got my 2026 Toyota Cross. No notification from the so called professional adviser that my car is ready for pick up. I relied on their APP regarding the status of my car. The APP is not even upgraded per the manager that i talked to. I questioned the manager why used the APP that was not upgraded. I felt ripped off because they are so fast in swiping my debit card but the service is sucks.
Worked with Jacob to purchase a Tundra. He was very patient and very helpful. I test drove many models before buying. Got a great deal. The dealer was very easy to work with. Great car purchase experience.
Check in easy. Like process of texting. Like service options by text. Car was serviced quickly. No pressure to purchase other services. Would definitely go back.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received from Antonio regarding my car’s inspection. He handled the inspection poorly and convinced me to order parts after confirming that they were the correct ones. I trusted his assessment and proceeded based on what I was told.
I was then asked to come back today and redo the entire inspection, only to be told that the parts were wrong. If your staff inspected the vehicle, confirmed the parts, and made the recommendation to order them, how is it suddenly my responsibility when the parts turn out to be incorrect?

Shane was awesome!! He helped us get the car we really wanted (the RAV4) which is in high demand. For the most part there is a 2 month wait for one unless someone opts out of one they had a deposit on. I appreciate the Toyota dealer place out there in Anaheim on Euclid they do a lot of good service and the break room is good you know they have different stuff that they had out free such as drinks food to eat while one is waiting on their car to get fixed and the service also like I said at the place it's good I would recommend people to go there and buy Toyota thank you for your time have a good day enjoy life.
Everyone was friendly and welcoming. There was miscommunication on which year car was brought in for me but I did end up buying it and in the end am happy with it.
Outstanding service dept. my 3 visit to the dealership, has been exceptional and very professional. My advisor (Youbert Moreh) was unexpectedly pleasant, he listened to my request, he made suggestions and recommendations, and the service was performed within an hour, outstanding. I’ve experienced bad customer service at other Toyota dealers in my area (long wait time and attitudes). My wife brought the car in because the vehicle we bought, unfortunately did not have a wheel key in the car. The car was not purchased through Toyota of Anaheim. My car runs much more smoothly. Thanks for diagnoses and excellent work. I went with nonexistent electrical problems and the technician took time to explain what was happening that I had misunderstood. The shop also cleaned filters aligned wheels (I had never done this), and serviced hybrid cooling fan I had done only Carmax service contract work done

Worked with Elcer to find me a RAV 4 that I was spending months looking for. These high demand cars were very hard to locate and once he found it, he worked with me to reserve it and kept me informed on the production and shipping process. When it finally arrived, the pick up was simple. We pre negotiated the price and we left very happy. Also big shout out to Sophia who was knowledgeable, friendly, and a lot of fun to work with. She walked us through all the technology and critical setup items we needed. Overall great experience!!
Jacob Kwon at Toyota of Anaheim was amazing. He did everything he could to get me the Tacoma I wanted, I was very specific in which Trim and Package I liked and he delivered. He helped me get all set-up with my Toyota before I drove off the lot, set up my phone with the Apply CarPlay, and taught me a thing or two. Showed me all the things the truck could do. Yesterday was my second poor service experience at Miller Toyota in Anaheim. My 2024 BZ4X is due for scheduled maintenance, dealership called me and we scheduled an appointment to drop the car at 10:00 am. After sitting in the car fir 30 minutes at the service bay, no one approached me, finally I found a helper only to be informed it might take another 2 hours for a courtesy shuttle to send me back home. She got me help after she noticed that I was being ignored by other service managers and associates when I was waiting to be helped for my scheduled appointment. I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Toyota of Anaheim.
I was initially quoted $120 for a Replace Engine oil service that cost me $89 during my previous visit. When I raised the issue and asked to speak with the Service Manager, she immediately instructed the technician to honor the same $89 price. This made me question why I was quoted a significantly higher amount in the first place.

We received a letter from Toyota that our sienna was being recalled for faulty middle row seats back in December 2025. February 2026 we left our sienna at this dealership and they set us up with a rental van from enterprise since they don’t have any sienna loaners. In March they stopped paying the bill and Enterprise kept calling me about it so I kept calling the dealership. They half assed it. And I accidentally left my wife’s handicap placard in the car, they took it.
I went back repeatedly to pick up a part that apparently I’m supposed to put on the car since it didn’t come in when I brought the car in for the service. Every promise had no follow through.

This was one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. I would strongly warn anyone to avoid Toyota of Anaheim unless you want to deal with misleading tactics and wasted time.
I negotiated a very clear out-the-door price (~$43,000) that explicitly included everything -- taxes, DMV fees, doc fees, and a KARR alarm system. This was confirmed before moving forward.
This was also a straightforward all-cash purchase with excellent credit, so there were zero financing complications -- it should have been one of the simplest transactions possible.
