The advisor was very helpful. Just would prefer for the service that I went in for tomorrow be done ASAP as opposed to waiting for me to approve or deny suggested additional proposed services.

My car runs much more smoothly. Thanks for diagnoses and excellent work. I went with nonexistent electrical problems and the technician took time to explain what was happening that I had misunderstood. The shop also cleaned filters aligned wheels (I had never done this), and serviced hybrid cooling fan I had done only Carmax service contract work done
We have had our Toyota grand Highlander for a year now. Felix Penate, our sales person, was awesome! We will definitely go back and work with him for our next car.

Called ahead of time to be given total price for new keyfob or fix the current one. Arrived and told 15 min wait. After 2.5 hours, was told they forgot to put me in the schedule and waited another 30 min to be told price would be double and they couldn’t fix my keyfob either. Fool me once……

The coupon was $69.00 but they charged me $89.00 and said there was a fine printed mentioned about it. I came home and read all the fine printed and they never included in the coupon about $20 extra charge on all coupons. Don’t go to Anaheim Toyota service. Bad , lie and ripped off.
Other dealers are close by, Look at all the bad reviews, my son had his car in there, Jimmy Nowell said few hours to replace a faulty airbag, it turned into four days because they don't have the part, instead of offering my son a loaner, told him to come back for it Saturday, this was yesterday, i called ole Jimmy up today and said give him a loaner so mom and dad don't have to take to / pick up from work. Worked with Elcer to find me a RAV 4 that I was spending months looking for. These high demand cars were very hard to locate and once he found it, he worked with me to reserve it and kept me informed on the production and shipping process. When it finally arrived, the pick up was simple. We pre negotiated the price and we left very happy. Also big shout out to Sophia who was knowledgeable, friendly, and a lot of fun to work with. She walked us through all the technology and critical setup items we needed. Overall great experience!!
Jacob Kwon at Toyota of Anaheim was amazing. He did everything he could to get me the Tacoma I wanted, I was very specific in which Trim and Package I liked and he delivered. He helped me get all set-up with my Toyota before I drove off the lot, set up my phone with the Apply CarPlay, and taught me a thing or two. Showed me all the things the truck could do. I would definitely recommend anyone to go with Jaco, he provides the VIP experience!
I took my car in to get serviced ended up walking the lot to take a look at the cars All the salesman kept dismissing me and my mom but not FELIX!! He was so attentive from the very beginning.Got us the key to test drive the car and I fell in love with it. The whole process was smooth and quick all thanks to Felix!

I haven’t had to come to this dealership very often but today was a good experience with them. Everybody was nice , knowledgeable and I will tell you I’m very pleased with the service of the shuttle back-and-forth , not every dealership offers this type of service so I appreciate it. Yesterday was my second poor service experience at Miller Toyota in Anaheim. My 2024 BZ4X is due for scheduled maintenance, dealership called me and we scheduled an appointment to drop the car at 10:00 am. After sitting in the car fir 30 minutes at the service bay, no one approached me, finally I found a helper only to be informed it might take another 2 hours for a courtesy shuttle to send me back home. I finally left the dealership after wasting an hour of my precious time.

Linda the Service Manager was the best part of my most recent experience at Toyota of Anaheim on 6/30. She got me help after she noticed that I was being ignored by other service managers and associates when I was waiting to be helped for my scheduled appointment. Earlier, a young associate tried to help me by asking a senior associate for assistance with checking me in and they responded by saying they're going to lunch and was supposed to go an hour ago.

very quick and efficient service! got my papers signed the same night my car arrived and Gilbert even drove all the way to our house to help facilitate everything along. Karina and Victor were also super helpful - they called and texted us to make sure we were receiving all the required documents and were super helpful in answering any questions!

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Toyota of Anaheim.
I was initially quoted $120 for a Replace Engine oil service that cost me $89 during my previous visit. When I raised the issue and asked to speak with the Service Manager, she immediately instructed the technician to honor the same $89 price. This made me question why I was quoted a significantly higher amount in the first place.

We received a letter from Toyota that our sienna was being recalled for faulty middle row seats back in December 2025. February 2026 we left our sienna at this dealership and they set us up with a rental van from enterprise since they don’t have any sienna loaners. In March they stopped paying the bill and Enterprise kept calling me about it so I kept calling the dealership. I bought a used car that apparently needed to have the refurbishment completed.
They half assed it. And I accidentally left my wife’s handicap placard in the car, they took it.
I went back repeatedly to pick up a part that apparently I’m supposed to put on the car since it didn’t come in when I brought the car in for the service. Every promise had no follow through.

This was one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. I would strongly warn anyone to avoid Toyota of Anaheim unless you want to deal with misleading tactics and wasted time.
I negotiated a very clear out-the-door price (~$43,000) that explicitly included everything -- taxes, DMV fees, doc fees, and a KARR alarm system. This was confirmed before moving forward.
This was also a straightforward all-cash purchase with excellent credit, so there were zero financing complications -- it should have been one of the simplest transactions possible.

The service here is bad. I wouldn’t recommend if u have to fix any. I got a flat tire and it was clear there was a nail on the side of the tire. The air leaked too much and couldn’t drive. I had a tire and wheel protection but I was told my tire & wheel protection wouldn’t cover a flat tire without any inspection. They didn’t even try to file a claim and keep telling they(insurance) gonna decline my claim.

I dealt with Marlene and Jacob who were both awesome at what they do. Please thank them both for what they do and how they treat their customers. This dealership is busy, not too big, the parking lot is small and can quickly become congested at times. Lots of action going on all the time.

I went in for an tune up and maintenance check but I did not receive video of my inspection, nor did my service advisor Donald Moreno inform me of what might be wrong with my car despite having purchases Toyota care. I'm fact I don't think they did an inspection at all. Donald said they only performed a visual inspection, despite keeping my car over night. This service was not any better than taking my car to a cheap mechanic. I left still wondering if my car was in need of any other repairs.

This dealer isn't closest to me, but I come with service coupons from other Toyota dealers that they not only honor, but try to better! My preferred service technician who's been here 6 years is Lee Bach. He even encouraged me to keep my 2013 Prius maintained, instead of pressuring me into the auto sales dept. My kinda guy and service dealership.
I know that both the service and sales employees at any dealer quote prices higher than their target price, then offer you "discounts" closer to their target price, because they're commission-driven.
