The service completed around 9:00am. I was waiting in the lounge until 11:00 still not received pick up notice. I went to the field and found my car was ready for pickup. The advisor was playing mobile game when I went to him. I had to tell him that my car was ready and I needed to drove away.

This Toyota dealerships/auto center was recommended to me by someone whose car was so taken care of that. They tried to buy it from her. They are so helpful very patient and have more than one ways of keeping in contact with you throughout your process of being there. I would definitely come here again for service even though I have a Nissan. Moss Bros. Moreno Valley said I could go to “ANY TOYOTA DEALER” weird right???

The manager told me that the KARR security system was a minimal add-on and would pay for itself through an auto insurance discount. However, I later found out that the program is not mandatory and adds no practical value to my 2025 Corolla, which already has a built-in manufacturer security system. The insurance discount was only $8 over a six-month period—nowhere near enough to justify the nearly $1,000 cost. I came to the dealership close to closing time and thought I was going to leave empty handed, but Antonio and Emil pulled through and found the exact car and specs I was looking for. I guess Camrys are in high demand right now and were sold out everywhere. Somehow Antonio and his team got a hold of the car in the right color and specs I wanted and got my paperwork in quickly. Came empty handed and left happy with my new car.

I’ve been coming to Miller Toyota for a couple years now for services. I mainly get the basic services like an oil change or tire rotation. I like that they send you emails/text messages as a reminder for a recommended service. This is really helpful especially for someone like me with a lot going on in life and doesn’t pay attention to my car maintenance (I know .. it’s not a good thing lol). I had a great experience with my Camry today! I got a coupon from them in the mail for a oil change. I showed up on a Tuesday right when they opened and i didn't have an appointment. I wanted to take a second and acknowledge the great service I received from Art. Unbeknownst of the operating hours, I arrived a little late to pickup my vehicle. Despite the fact it was a little after closing, Art really took his time to take care of me. He was not rushed and took his time answering my questions. He was very personable and understanding. Art absolutely needs a raise!

While the experience wasn’t perfect, it had its highlights. My original appointment was at 7 a.m., but it got bumped to 9 a.m. without much notice, which threw off my morning a bit. I had my vehicle serviced here last week. The experience was amazing. I had to tow in my vehicle late afternoon after picking up my adult special needs autistic son from his day program. Jon, noticed this and offered us a courtesy shuttle back home. Another local Toyota dealership close to my home said that they only offer shuttle service between 8.00 a.m. - 10.00 a.m.!. During drop off and pick up I felt like I was at a Luxury dealership. The video sent by the Technician diagnosing my vehicle’s problem was thorough and easy to understand.

Went in for service with an appointment. Was told it’d be a 3 hour wait but I was out in exactly 2 hours. The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of seating and a TV. Will definitely return for a no hassle experience!

My wife and I purchased a new RAV4 highbred from Miller Toyota of Orange in January. After signing the contract we noticed there were mistakes. I contacted Johnny in finance and told him of the mistakes. He told me we would be receiving a check and adjusted warranties on our Toyota care card by mail, by the end of February. We have not received anything now that it’s the middle of March and cannot get a hold of Johnny or Victor in finance. As $42,000 customers we do not feel we were treated well.

I would first like to say that I really like this service center and it’s hard for me to leave this review but I can’t help but feel that I got dishonest service. I had an appointment at 7am for an oil change. I arrived at 6:40. Once I was there, they found other things that needed repair.
