I was just there earlier to check their EV, Toyota BZ and test drove it. I love the car and the agent (Sulaiman) who helped me was nice. They told me to fill out the form to see if I qualify for California rebate. While filling it out, they told me not to continue because I don’t qualify. I asked for the reason because I haven’t completed or submitted the form but they couldn’t tell me the reason why. The agent just said he doesn’t know. I am not sure what his manager used to see if I qualify because I know the agent was just a messenger. I understand if a dealer cannot give you an offer that you can afford but I felt discriminated saying I don’t qualify with no explanation. The agent was nice and understood my situation but the higher ups are just hiding, giving instructions or info but had the nerves to say right away that I don’t qualify.

Youbet explained everything clearly and apologized that the part needed to be ordered which delayed the work. The part came in early then expected which make me happy.
They deserve negative star. The service sucks. Customer service very poor. I waited 24 hours before I got my 2026 Toyota Cross. No notification from the so called professional adviser that my car is ready for pick up. I relied on their APP regarding the status of my car. The APP is not even upgraded per the manager that i talked to. I questioned the manager why used the APP that was not upgraded. I felt ripped off because they are so fast in swiping my debit card but the service is sucks.
