Ladies beware of Niko *UPDATE* Changing my review to 5 stars because the dealership responded swiftly, compassionately, and respectfully to this issue and I won’t hold them responsible for the actions of this employee. Leaving my original review below in case any other women have been affected by Niko’s behavior. Niko was my service advisor at this location and I became involved with him on a personal level. After some time he used a medical emergency as a way to manipulate me and ultimately lied about being in a hospital for a year. He accepted several expensive gifts from me under these false pretenses. He eventually went so far as to have his ‘family’ reach out to me to coordinate my service appointment because they (supposedly) said that he would want my vehicle taken care of in his name while he was ‘away.’ I later found out he was lying in this very bizarre and cruel scenario. I now need to go to a different, less convenient Toyota dealership for my vehicle maintenance because this was extremely embarrassing and I don’t know how many other employees were in on it so I no longer trust this location. If any supervisors/ managers need evidence of my experience I am willing to provide it.

The service advisor is of old school customer service. He was first to exit his office to assist me. He never used the word no. And suggested alternatives when I was demanding. Over all he surpassed my expectations and completed the impossible by getting two cars serviced in a single afternoon. While it would be unreasonable to set this kind of vip service expectation on every interaction I am hooked on the idea that there are those who are “knights” of the old code. Service is the life’s blood of his industry and he ,Youbert Moreh exemplifies that it runs in his veins.

Dropped my car off Friday for an oil change and tire rotation, and it was ready by 10am Saturday. Easiest and best way to get work done on my Camry! Steven H. was super helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a problem with the paint on my Prius. I called the dealership. I was very nicely and quickly transferred over to Sergio Figueroa in Collision/Rentals. He handles getting paint and other issues taken care of and getting you a rental car. I have not had the best experiences with dealerships but this was one of the best dealership interactions I have ever had. Sergio walked me through the process and within 15 minutes I was out the door with a nice rental car. I was able to call him anytime for updates and questions. Much sooner than expected my beautifully repainted little Prius was back and it truly looked brand new. Sergio is my hero and Toyota of Anaheim has my business from now on.

I visited Toyota of Anaheim today after booking an appointment in the app for an issue for my Toyota RAV4 The app was easy to use and I was able to reserve a shuttle too Once I was then I got an amazing advisor and in minutes my car was checked in. During diagnosis I received two videos to show all the steps during the repairs and also the dealership recommended other services for me to check if I want to do it in the same visit or later. All work was done in a timely manner and in proper time Thanks Advisor Steven for make the visit easy and in a reasonable time
