I had an outstanding car buying experience from start to finish. My journey began with Cinthya on the internet sales team, who made the process of agreeing on numbers incredibly easy, transparent, and stress free. She was responsive, professional, and made sure everything was straightforward before I even stepped foot in the dealership. Once I arrived, Emil took over and handled the final details. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and made the entire delivery process seamless. Together, Cinthya and Emil completely broke the stereotype of what people expect from car sales professionals. There were no games, no pressure, and no unnecessary back and forth, just honest communication and excellent customer service. Buying a car can often feel overwhelming, but they made it an enjoyable and effortless experience. Was told couple hours. Waited 3 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t work on my car cause it had too much fuel (no one told me this before). Told it was going to take another couple hours. Wait 2 more hours, no update, I text, tells me it will be another 2 hours. I get a courtesy car at this point. They don’t finish the car till the next business day which makes me late for my registration. DMV proceeds to deny me because they didnt give me proof of correction. Absolutely terrible service with no regard for peoples time.

I had a great experience with this dealership in helping me with my vehicle. They were very transparent with me on the out-the-door price I received, and beat my best offer I had. They were the only dealer that helped me locate my vehicle from a sister lot, sent it over to their lot and did not keep giving me the runaround on when I could expect to go and see the vehicle. Everyone was very professional and helpful with all my questions and concerns and by the time I was at the dealer everything was very quick and easy and the sales associate I worked with was very friendly.
I had a good experience for a change. I have been a long term customer who has always left with bad experience on numerous occasions. Today I could see and experienced a difference in the quality of service. It was evident that a metamorphosis had taken place. Randy was pleasant and his behaves as one who enjoys his work. He gave value to the customer. Kept me informed on the status of my car. My wait was prolonged because of a part change and he facilitated me getting something to eat. Thanks to Joseph who played a direct part in making this possible. I would also like to thank the manager at the service area in the waiting room, so sorry that I can’t remember his name. He too, enquired to see if my needs were met. Randy knows his name. I finally left there feeling satisfied after many years as a customer who has bought four Toyotas.

Title: Bait-and-Switch, Dishonest Deal Changes, and Invasive Practices - Stay Away This was one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. I would strongly warn anyone to avoid Toyota of Anaheim unless you want to deal with misleading tactics and wasted time. I negotiated a very clear out-the-door price (~$43,000) that explicitly included everything -- taxes, DMV fees, doc fees, and a KARR alarm system. This was confirmed before moving forward. This was also a straightforward all-cash purchase with excellent credit, so there were zero financing complications -- it should have been one of the simplest transactions possible. Then came the finance office -- and that's where everything fell apart. When I reviewed the paperwork, I discovered that the KARR alarm system had been quietly removed from the deal. No explanation, no disclosure -- just gone. When I pointed it out, the finance manager suddenly "acted confused," pulled in other staff (none of whom were involved in my original negotiation), and then tried to claim the alarm was never included. Let's be clear -- this is a bait-and-switch tactic. They agree to one deal to get you in the door, then try to change the terms at signing and hope you don't notice or feel pressured to go along with it. On top of that, they required me to provide a thumbprint, saying it would be stored for 5 years for "identity theft purposes." This was AFTER verifying my identity and running my credit (which came back excellent). For an all-cash deal, this demand was invasive, unnecessary, and completely out of line. At this point, it was obvious what was going on: * The negotiated deal was not being honored * Terms were being changed at the last second * The process relied on confusion, pressure, and questionable policies I refused to play along and walked out immediately. This dealership may operate under a major brand, but the way they handle customers is completely untrustworthy. If they're willing to change agreed terms right in front of you at signing, you have to question everything else they do. Bottom line: Do not trust verbal agreements here. Get everything in writing and verify every detail -- or better yet, take your business somewhere that actually operates with honesty and transparency
