I appreciate the Toyota dealer place out there in Anaheim on Euclid they do a lot of good service and the break room is good you know they have different stuff that they had out free such as drinks food to eat while one is waiting on their car to get fixed and the service also like I said at the place it's good I would recommend people to go there and buy Toyota thank you for your time have a good day enjoy life.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. There was miscommunication on which year car was brought in for me but I did end up buying it and in the end am happy with it.

Outstanding service dept. my 3 visit to the dealership, has been exceptional and very professional. My advisor (Youbert Moreh) was unexpectedly pleasant, he listened to my request, he made suggestions and recommendations, and the service was performed within an hour, outstanding. I’ve experienced bad customer service at other Toyota dealers in my area (long wait time and attitudes). My wife brought the car in because the vehicle we bought, unfortunately did not have a wheel key in the car. The car was not purchased through Toyota of Anaheim. It was purchased through a family friend. I tried doing everything on my own, but unfortunately, because of the job I have. I’m unable to be on my phone for an extended period of time. I coordinated with Toyota of Orange to have the car dropped off. Master set of keys we’re going to locate what key went to the locks on my wheel and then they were going to sell me the part. For some reason, Toyota of Anaheim does not have any keys for wheel locks. And proceeded to tell my wife that they needed to drill out the lug nuts. Simple miscommunication on my behalf. I just told my wife to take it to the Toyota dealership. I didn’t tell her that it was Toyota of Orange. And the person who ever helped out my wife clearly took advantage of her, knowing that they could’ve ordered the part told her that it might take a couple days or call around to other Toyota dealership, seeing if they have the part available instead instantly up charged my wife for parts and labor that were unnecessarily charged to her. And luckily someone realized what they did was wrong and removed the labor involved with removing the lug nuts. I appreciate that but it should of never been done in the first place. I would feel that and able to build a strong customer bond in relationship. You would try to have people spend the least amount they possibly can and still get the best quality parts and services from you guys. Not the shady activities of taking advantage of a pregnant woman.

We had a great experience at Toyota of Anaheim purchasing our Toyota 4Runner. Jose and David were both excellent to work with. They were friendly, professional, patient, and had a great attitude throughout the entire process. What we appreciated most was that they were never pushy and made us feel comfortable with our decision. Jose and David took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and made the whole car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable.
